Skating in Florida
Some among us no longer live on the island, but it doesn’t mean our hearts are no longer there. We continue to enjoy life as we learned on our small island in our new home, Florida. There, we not only enjoy the occasional surf we get on the East coast (and even sometimes off the Gulf on the West coast), but skating.

The DoD Skate Team is out there every day, either grinding the streets, jumping the stairs or hanging out with our friends at 688 Skate (Clearwater), The Spot (Tampa Skate Park), or Vans Skate Park (Orlando). Over the years, we’ve discovered some of the best street skating in the Tampa Bay area and throw ourselves into the game (at least until we're thrown off the property).
Jumping the high walls, the 7 stairs, skating the bowl at The Spot or dropping in on the vert at Vans – its all fun and sport. Check out the skate team blog to see what we're up to now.
