well finaly some real action.wednesday 2-3ft .Thursday 3-4ft occassional 6ft set very occassional.Hurricame Daniell seemed to have run its course the swell looked as though it was over.It was a good swell and the groms had loads of fun getting ready for the weekend contest.Axe has surfed reasonably well and i was going to give him 1 more pratice session today, until Bright called me and said soup bowl was going off 8ft solid and clean.was i coming down,i was supprised as i checked surfline the night before and they said 2-3 ft friday swell droping.Just goes to show, well  i had just finished a surf lesson my shoulder was hurting like hell from 2 days of paddling, and Axe was certainly at 9yrs old ready for soup bowl 8ft solid i checked with Matthew and he had also just finished another lesson and he aggreed tomorrow is another day he was exausted as well.It seems as though another storm had come right behind Danielle and doubled the swell up creating friday action .it was definately a bit much for most of the groms .so i hope it drops a bit for the firsy day of the event tomorrow.Good luck to all our surfers and all the visitors hope you all enjoy our bajan hospitality,be carefull at soupbowl chose your waves wisley, if it is big.Im pulling Axe out as he is only 9yrs old and his mumis a bit worried .wisely so.special good luck to our own home favourites Daniel Edigel and Chealsea Rouett.Have loads of fun Russell
